40 Minute intense cardio-based workout that incorporates high impact interval training using a body weight movements,. and core exercises!!
You will leave in POURING SWEAT! , you may need to bring an extra -shirt for this one!! A Towel is a MUST



1 hour intensity booty camp classes, that are customized so every class is a challenge! This class is group personal training. Come join the fun, and feel the support! This class will push you to your next level. This program offers lots of support not only by Loriann, but by your fellow class mates. We not only build bodies, but build great relationships and support each other! The booty camp workouts include Core, Strength, Cardio, interval workouts, leg and booty building, and Full Body Conditioning using body weight and weights.



Kickboxing classes consist of 1 hour of athletic drills with martial arts to create an intense cardiovascular workout. You can achieve a total body workout burning as many as 500 calories or more! Get ready to sweat and burn FAT!



Spend 1 hour toning your body using a variety of exercises that will isolate muscle groups using weights. This class includes a variety of isolated movements including ass, abs, and arms that will leave you body looking so fine and defined!



30 minute six- pack attack class that will help improve core definition and strength. This class will help shred and give you rock solid abs. ( note- a clean plate will help abs pop)



Get your pre workout cocktail in before you party away for the weekend! 1 hour class using a variety of exercises that include weight and body weight movements.
30 minute circuit followed by 10 minute core exercise that ends with a melting 15 minute cardio burn!



NO PAIN NO GAIN, that’s what its all about! 60-minute weight training class designed to add lean muscle mass to your body. Using light weights and gradually increasing to heavy weight, We will lead you through a workout targeting 3 muscle groups for upper body and lower body including abs routine as well.



Jumping® is a dynamic fitness training system, conducted on specially developed Jumping® PROFI trampolines. Jumping® was born of the idea of developing a training program, that would considerably strengthen body and mind while keeping fun in mind. The basis of Jumping® is a combination of fast and slow jumps, variations of traditional aerobic steps, dynamic sprints and “power sports” elements. The complexity of the exercises guarantees that one’s whole body will be strengthened. Jumping® is three times more effective than jogging. This is due to the constant gravitational changes, which involve more than 400 muscles being tightened and relaxed at the same time.



Bike Shop is a 1 hour fat burning indoor cycling class. It doesn’t just change your body, it will change your life. With rocking upbeat music and instructor, a dark room, DJ lights flashing. You just can’t let go of your bike because you will find yourself so Empowered and Motivated. It will not only transform the way you look and feel but it will take you on a upbeat journey throughout the class. Must bring a sweat towel. Mandatory.
